Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by zero money back. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, there would be zero refund, subject to deductions for legal documents or services provided. However, if any workshop gets cancelled by us for any uncertain circumstances, there would be a refund from our side. To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact us within the first 24 hours of your payment. Just send an email to learntribeofficial@gmail.com . We'll gladly refund you 100% of your fees within 24-72 hours of your refund request. Processing of the same might take 3 – 5 business days to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

LT believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will not be considered if the payment is made already. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and the Operations team has initiated the process of assignment. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be strictly governed by the Company Refund Policy of the company informed and declared from time to time.

No cancellations are entertained for those products/services that the LT marketing team has obtained on special discounts and offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, Foundation Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
